Use our Free Shipping program if you:

• Consolidate orders to always hit the low $300 free shipping threshold
• Are outside of our DOW Dash Delivery and courier service areas

Sign up for Smart Services if you:

• Order multiple times a month with order values below the $300 free shipping threshold
• Are within 25 miles of a DOW location and take advantage of the courier service
• Utilize the credits DOW puts on your account ($15 parcel/$100 LTL) for product returns
• Want exclusive savings only available to Smart Service members
