Complete Program Details:
All customers in good standing are eligible to participate in the DOW Rewards+ program and earn rebates on qualified purchases of Red Atom products during each calendar quarter. To qualify for rebates, customers must meet one of the purchase levels as defined in the chart below. Purchase level is based on the cumulative qualifying purchases during the period; to qualify, orders must be invoiced. Back orders are excluded from your cumulative qualifying purchase total. Rebates will be issued in the form of a check and mailed to a customer’s billing address 6-8 weeks after the quarter ends. The rebate amount is percentage of your total listed qualifying purchases during the period set fort in the chart below for your earned Quarterly Purchase Level.
All customers in good standing are eligible to participate in the DOW Rewards+ lottery. To qualify, customers must purchase a minimum of $500 of Red Atom product during the calendar quarter. Customers that purchase Red Atom items but the total value does not meet the minimum purchase level for rebates will not receive entry into the drawing. Based on the purchase level achieved within the quarter, customers will receive additional entries as outlined in the chart below. The total cash value of the lottery is based on a percentage of sales of Red Atom products determined by DOW Technologies at its sole discretion. A single winner will be drawn as the recipient of the entire cash value being paid in the form of a check and mailed to a customer’s billing address 6-8 weeks after the quarter ends. DOW Technologies is not responsible for the taxes on any Rewards. Any applicable federal, state, or local tax obligations related to any Rewards are the sole responsibility of recipient / winner of the Rewards.
To qualify for Smart Services member rebate percentages and lottery entries, customers must be signed up prior to start of the quarter or sign up and be invoiced for Smart Services sometime during the first month of the quarter and remain a Smart Services member for the entire quarter. Customers that sign up during a defined calendar quarter and do not remain a Smart Services member for the entire quarter are not eligible for Smart Services Member rebate percentages and lottery entries the subsequent full quarter.
